Quick summary — using only the free demo?
The demo is free and completely non-binding. Using it does not create any purchase obligation — not through uploading a photo, not through entering your email address.
- No purchase obligation: You do not have to buy anything — now or later. There is no subscription, no automatic charge, and no hidden fees. You can use the demo and leave at any time without purchasing.
- No selling, no AI training: Your photos are not sold and are not used to train AI models. Your email and contact details are not sold either.
- Automatic deletion: Demo photos are deleted after 24 hours. In rare cases (e.g. fixing technical issues), they may be kept for up to 7 days — then permanently deleted.

1. Scope: These terms apply to consumers using Profile Bakery for personal photo processing. This B2C service is for photos that depict you. You may not upload or have processed photos of other people without their valid consent.
2. Services & Free Demo: AI-powered photo editing, background changes, clothing adjustments, quality improvement. A free demo may be available — free and completely non-binding. Using it (including photo upload or entering your email) creates no purchase obligation: no subscription, no automatic charge, no hidden fees; you may leave without buying. Demo photos are processed via AI with your consent; they are not sold and not used for AI model training; your email and contact details are not sold either. Demo photos are generally deleted after 24 hours; if needed to fix technical issues, we may keep them for up to 7 days at most, then permanently delete them.
4. Pricing & plans: One-time packages or monthly/annual subscription. Subscription credits expire at period end (no rollover). Cancel anytime at period end. Payment via Stripe. Prices incl. VAT.
5. Withdrawal: 14-day statutory right (see full withdrawal policy in § 5 of the German version). By completing purchase and accepting these Terms at checkout, you expressly request immediate image creation and acknowledge that your withdrawal right expires upon successful payment. Confirmed in the order email.
6. Goodwill rerun: One free rerun per order within 7 days (same account and booking email) — voluntary. No refund after purchase except statutory defect rights.
7. Usage Rights: You receive unlimited usage rights to generated images for all purposes.
8. Data Storage: Generated images deleted after 30 days (subject to change). You must download and save images yourself.
9. Warranty: AI results vary; we do not promise a specific aesthetic outcome. Statutory consumer rights apply. Where something is clearly wrong on our side, we aim to put it right as described under § 6 — without creating a blanket duty to re-process every result.
10. Liability: Limited to intent, gross negligence, and personal injury. No liability for indirect damages, data loss, or platform unavailability. Limited to order value.
11. Applicable Law: Swiss law applies, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country remain unaffected.
12. Email communication and one-time offers: We may send you one follow-up email with an offer (e.g. discount code) if you entered your email in our B2C form but did not complete a purchase. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Each such email contains an opt-out link; you may also object by email to support@profilebakery.com.
