Demo and one-time purchase
- Demo: free and non-binding. Uploading a photo or entering your email is not a purchase. No subscription, no automatic charge, no hidden fees. You can leave without buying.
- No subscription: AI Mini, AI Regular and AI Pro are one-time purchases. No automatic renewal and no recurring charge.
- Credits: After purchase you receive a limited credit balance. You can top up from EUR 10. That is enough for clothing changes and background changes. Credits are not unlimited.
- Your photos: not sold and not used to train AI models. Demo photos are deleted after 24 hours (in rare cases up to 7 days).

Support and what happens after payment
- Response time: we reply to requests within 24 to 48 hours as a rule.
- AI and humans: the chat AI answers immediately. A human then reviews the ticket.
- Immediate performance: after payment we start creating your images at once. The withdrawal right then ends because the images are already being provided. Details in § 5.
- Unhappy with the result? Write to support@profilebakery.com within 7 days (order number, booking email, same account). You get one free rerun per order. We reply within 24 to 48 hours as a rule. This is voluntary goodwill. Statutory rights remain. Details in § 6.
- Storage: finished images stay available for 30 days. Please download them. Payment via Stripe.

5. Withdrawal: After payment we start creating your images immediately. Your withdrawal right then ends because the images are already being provided. You confirm this at checkout. The statutory withdrawal information in § 5 of the German version still explains the legal rule and the exception for digital content.
6. Goodwill if you are unhappy: Write to support@profilebakery.com within 7 days (order number, booking email, same account). You get one free rerun per order. We reply within 24 to 48 hours as a rule. This is voluntary goodwill, not a contractual claim. Statutory defect rights remain. Details in § 6 of the German version.
7. Usage Rights: You receive unlimited usage rights to generated images for all purposes.
8. Data Storage: Generated images deleted after 30 days (subject to change). You must download and save images yourself.
9. Warranty: AI results vary; we do not promise a specific aesthetic outcome. Statutory consumer rights apply. Where something is clearly wrong on our side, we aim to put it right as described under § 6 — without creating a blanket duty to re-process every result.
10. Liability: Limited to intent, gross negligence, and personal injury. No liability for indirect damages, data loss, or platform unavailability. Limited to order value.
11. Applicable Law: Swiss law applies, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country remain unaffected.
12. Email communication and one-time offers: We may send you one follow-up email with an offer (e.g. discount code) if you entered your email in the booking form but did not complete a purchase. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Each such email contains an opt-out link; you may also object by email to support@profilebakery.com.
